Mentors are paramount to the impact SheLift creates. Our SheLift mentors possess the common belief that we aren't defined by our bodies and share an undeniable love for the great outdoors. Sarah Herron – Denver + LOs Angeles

Sarah, a Colorado native, recently returned to Denver after taking a 10 year tour through southern California. Sarah loves to hike, camp, ski, spin, and learn new activities. When she isn't on an adventure, she can be found practicing up on self-care with yoga, mani-pedis and pampering to the max. Her professional background is in design and advertising, where she worked as an art director for 8 years at 72andSunny. 


Jen Hudak – Park City, UT

Jen is a two-time world champion and 5-time X-Games medalist in halfpipe skiing. Though now retired from competition, She is inspired to help others reach their goals on the hill. To Jen, it is not about producing the next Olympian, but guiding people toward their personal limits and then helping transcend them, by teaching people to respect their bodies for what they are capable of doing, not simply how they look.

Trista Sutter – Vail, CO

Known from the popular ABC shows The BachelorThe Bachelorette, andDancing with the Stars, Trista captivated viewers with her girl-next-door charm. After her first television appearance on The Bachelor, Trista was selected to be featured as the first bachelorette on the popular show, The Bachelorette, where she met her husband of 12 years, Ryan. Trista and Ryan’s wedding drew in more than 26 million viewers – making it one of the most-widely viewed episodes in the history of reality television. Since then, Trista has added author (“Happily Ever After: The Life-Changing Power of a Grateful Heart), designer (Glory Haus’ Grateful Heart Collection) and TedxVail speaker (The Value of YOU) to her titles, although she is most proud of “Mom” to son, Max and daughter, Blakesley as well as Vail Valley resident and happy wife to Ryan.
